Terms of use of the Host-telecom.com logo

These Terms govern the limits of the possible use of the logo owned by Host-telecom.com, s.r.o. (from now on referred to as Host-telecom.com).

1. Use of the Host-telecom.com logo means you are familiar with and agree to these Terms.
2. The use of the Host-telecom.com logo by third parties is possible at no cost only for non-commercial purposes by placing the logo on the website or in a mobile application with the mandatory observance of the provisions indicated below. At the same time, a direct link to the Host-telecom.com site must be placed with the logo.
3. Any editing of the logo is prohibited, including translation, separation into parts, distortion, use of the full logo or its separate part as part of other logos, company names, slogans, and other things.
4. It is forbidden to place the Host-telecom.com logo on resources that do not meet the requirements of the law, including those containing:
   • false information about Host-telecom.com and/or Host-telecom.com services/products;
   • viruses and other malicious components;
   • materials that violate the copyright/exclusive rights of third parties;
   • information defaming the honor, dignity or business reputation of Host-telecom.com or third parties;
   • other information/materials the distribution of which is prohibited by the laws of the Czech Republic or other countries.
5. By placing the Host-telecom.com logo, it is prohibited to give the impression of Host-telecom.com working with another company (person)/group of persons unless otherwise agreed with Host-telecom.com.
6. These Terms are subject to change by Host-telecom.com. When using the Host-telecom.com logo, it is imperative to be guided by the current edition of the Terms, which is posted on this page of the Host-telecom.com website.
7. In case of violation of these Terms, Host-telecom.com has the right to apply for the protection of its legitimate interests to law enforcement authorities, including the court.
